The Gift of Enough

There are seasons when the soul grows tired from trying to prove it deserves to exist. We chase more approval, more success, more recognition, more certainty, and more control, believing that if we finally gather enough, we will finally feel enough. Flame 7 is a teaching about releasing the hunger to prove ourselves and returning to the sacred truth that our worth was never waiting at the finish line.

Enough does not mean we stop growing. It means we stop hating ourselves while we grow. It is the grace to breathe, to receive, to be grateful, and to remember that the Flame does not love us because we have achieved enough. The Flame meets us because we are already held in sacred worth.
