Contacting us

The contact and book inquiry buttons open your email application. If you send a message, your email address, message, and any details you include are shared with The Flame of One through its email service. Please send only what is needed for your inquiry.

Videos and flipbooks

This site includes YouTube videos and Designrr flipbooks. When an embedded service loads or you interact with it, your browser connects to that provider. The provider may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.

Direct orders and payments

Direct checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details and collects the contact and shipping information needed for your order. Kiye Media LLC uses your name, email, delivery address and order details to confirm payment, arrange delivery, provide support and handle returns. The payment form is hosted by Stripe; card details are not entered into or stored by this website.

Necessary delivery details are used with USPS to ship your book. We retain order records as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Read Stripe’s privacy policy for information about its services.

Ebook delivery

For a paid ebook, our private delivery system records the purchased title, checkout and payment identifiers, email address, delivery status and access status. We use these records to verify payment, provide a personal download link, send the delivery email and resolve support or payment issues. Keep your personal access link private. These records are retained as needed for delivery, support and applicable accounting obligations.

Book retailers

Retailer buttons open another website. Purchases, payment information, delivery details, account information, and returns handled there are governed by the selected retailer’s policies.

Website hosting

Hosting services may process technical request data to deliver the website, maintain security, and diagnose problems. The website does not ask you to create an account to read its public pages.
