The Flame of One website is operated by Kiye Media LLC. Kiye Media LLC handles book sales arranged directly with us. Purchases through linked retailers are handled by the selected retailer. For website or direct book inquiries, contact info@theflameofone.org.

The books, teachings, recordings, and artwork on this site are offered for reading, listening, and personal reflection. Copyright belongs to the relevant creators and rights holders.

Sharing and permissions

Please share links to the original pages and videos. Contact us before reproducing or distributing books, recordings, artwork, or substantial excerpts.

Other websites

Links and embedded content may take you to services such as YouTube, Designrr, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble. Those services have their own terms and policies.

Direct book purchases

Direct paperback orders are sold by Kiye Media LLC. Each paperback costs $16.99 USD with free standard U.S. shipping. Any applicable sales tax is shown before payment. Payment is processed through Stripe when you use a direct checkout button. Retailer purchases follow the selected retailer’s prices and policies.

Shipping and dispatch

We currently ship paperbacks within the United States only, using USPS Media Mail at no additional shipping charge. We dispatch paid orders within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Postal transit time begins after dispatch and can vary; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Please check your shipping address before paying. If you notice an error, email info@theflameofone.org promptly with your order details so we can help before dispatch.

Paperback returns, damage and incorrect orders

You may request a return of an unused paperback within 14 days after delivery. Email info@theflameofone.org with your order details before sending it back, and we will provide the return instructions. The buyer pays return postage for an unused-book return. Once the returned book is received and checked, we refund the book price and applicable tax to the original payment method.

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund; you will not be asked to pay return postage for our error or a damaged arrival.

These policies apply to direct purchases from Kiye Media LLC. For Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or another retailer’s orders, please contact that retailer.

Ebooks and digital downloads

Ebooks cost $7.99 USD per title, plus any applicable sales tax shown before payment. The delivery format is PDF. After Stripe confirms your payment, a personal page lets you download the book or read it in your browser. The access link is also emailed to the address used at checkout. Some payment methods take longer to clear; please do not place a second order while payment is pending. Each purchase is for a personal reading copy; please do not redistribute the file or share your private download link.

All ebook sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Please check the title and file format before completing your purchase. If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, email info@theflameofone.org with the title and the email used at checkout so we can help restore access or provide a working copy. Do not send card details. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
